Key Advantages
Why travelers and noodle enthusiasts choose Ramen Kaneda at Tokyo Station
Signature Wide Flat Noodles
Diners can choose Kaneda's distinctive flat noodles, celebrated for their chewy texture and satisfying bite whether dipped or served in rich broth.
We got the thick, wide flat noodles, and found the texture deliciously chewy, the portion generous and the flavour lovely!
Ella Davis Clean and Balanced Umami Broth
Rich niboshi shoyu and dashi-based broths provide a clean yet deeply layered soup base that accentuates tender chashu and noodles without heaviness.
The soup is clean and well-balanced, with a clear umami flavor and no heaviness.
S Y Complimentary Tabletop Eggs and Nori
Every table offers unlimited raw eggs and seasoned nori from Yamamoto Noriten, allowing patrons to customize broth richness and craft their own egg-rice pairings.
They weren't kidding about the unlimited egg toppings either.
Nicholas Chan Interactive Flavor Customization
Condiments like spicy chive pepper, bonito flakes, and fresh seasonings empower diners to evolve their dish flavors mid-meal.
The seaweed was delicious and adding the chive peppers (is spicy, don't add too much), bonito flakes and black pepper half way through kept the dish interesting.
Nathan Chan Decadent A5 Wagyu Rice Pairing
Side bowls of tender A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef served over warm rice offer sukiyaki-style indulgence alongside comforting noodle dishes.
The wagyu rice bowl was also a nice touch. I think they should sell an entree sized version of that. Would totally eat that by itself too.
Nicholas Chan Refined Yet Accessible Dining
Guests experience gourmet culinary quality through dashi craftsmanship and premium wagyu in an approachable noodle counter setting.
An absolutely delicious and pretty unique experience!
